Will the unused hours be rolled in to Next cycle

The hours allocated are per week basis. They cannot be rolled over. As we will be allocating a dedicated resource to support your needs, we will not be able to roll over unused hours

Can I transfer my services to another person

Unfortunately all the services are per person based. You cannot transfer your services to another person

Is there a discount for purchasing Multi-month support package

If you prepay for 3 Months of Service, you will get 10% discount on the services. If you prepay 6 Months of service you get 15% discount
